Founder and Managing Director. John started Lodge Group Care in 2007 and helps guide care at home, adult services and Cameron House.
Occupational Therapist, firefighter and qualified Physiotherapist. Aranza helps people build everyday skills and trains staff.
Registered Manager for Cameron House and a qualified social worker. Alina helps lead a safe home where children can grow.
Registered Manager at Strathfield Gardens. Kasia leads adult services and a hands-on team.
Care Services leader. Carly leads care at home and has more than 20 years of health and social care experience.
The people we support, families, professionals and colleagues all have a place in the Lodge family.
We will not assume how you communicate. We will ask you what works best for you.
You might use pictures, symbols or a communication board or book. You might use PECS, which is a specific system for exchanging pictures. You might use Makaton signs and symbols with speech.
You might use speech, gestures, pointing or eye pointing. You might use AAC. AAC means tools or devices that help you communicate.
You might use Easy Read or BSL, which means British Sign Language. You can ask for an interpreter or advocate. Family or a supporter can be involved if you want.
We will ask you. We will listen to your answer. You can say no. You can change your mind.
There is no pressure to make a decision. We will listen and help you find the next step.
