Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Lodge Group Care online. This statement explains what we are doing and how to tell us when something is difficult.

How accessible this website is
We are working to make this website usable by as many people as possible.
We have designed the public pages around the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, called WCAG 2.2 AA. We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so we do not say that every part of the website is fully accessible.
What we are doing
We use clear headings, simple language, descriptive links and meaningful alternative text for useful images. Public pages are designed to work with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom and mobile devices.
When audio is offered, it starts only when you choose Play. The written page content is available as an alternative to listening.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a full independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit. Some parts of the wider website and third-party content may still need further checking.
We will prioritise issues that prevent people from finding information, understanding our services or contacting us.
Request information in another format
If you cannot use part of this website, need a document in another format, or need help understanding information, please contact us. We will try to provide a useful alternative or explain another way to get the information.
Safeguarding and urgent concerns
If you are worried that someone may not be safe, call us and say “safeguarding”. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
Report an accessibility problem
Tell us the page you were using, what went wrong and how we can contact you. You can also use these details for complaints about access or to ask a question about this statement.
